In the last stages of pregnancy, specific and well-integrated nutrition is required: the last quarter is associated with a greater expenditure of energy, as the completion of the foal’s development. In particular, the diet must be integrate with some oligoelements useful for the development of the fetus and the subsequent production of milk.
